This apprenticeship will support you to develop a broad range of leadership and management tools, skills and behaviours. You will initially look at your personal leadership styles, strengths and development needs before looking at how to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will develop operational plans using individual and team targets and be able to use a variety of performance and talent management approaches to develop effective teams. You will review effective financial planning and control mechanisms as well as planning, delivering and evaluating substantial projects.
