I have recently completed the Level 3 City & Guilds Business Administration qualification with The Link via my employer. Throughout the period of the apprenticeship I was intensively supported with weekly meetings and extra support offered as needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble and critique of assignment contents and style was always provided with clear informative feedback on how to improve and meet the criteria needed.

I have recently achieved a distinction in a Level 3 Business Administration Course with The Link Training. I was well-supported throughout the course by my tutor Ben who was always available to answer my questions and help develop my ideas. I appreciate how he encouraged me to explore my organisation, think outside of the box, and consistently improve my level of work to set higher standards for myself.

Just completed my Level 3 ILM team leader supervisory and passed with a Distinction thanks to Ben who supported me through out the program and was able to support me through the difficult Covid period and number of unexpected job changes which wasn’t planned. Ben was always there to help and support and was able to adapt things to support my learning style and made learning enjoyable i was able to relate the content to my work place and have gained my new skills/techniques to use in my workplace I can not thank Ben and The Link training academy enough and would recommend to anyone wanting to broaden the skills and knowledge.

I recently completed a Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship through the Link Academy and I can not thank them enough for all their help and support throughout my apprenticeship. Recently completing an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Qualification in the NHS, The Link Academy has enabled me to build essential business and core skills that I’ve been able to put into practice within my role. The level of support and guidance I received from The Link Academy always transcended expectations, together with a sense of professionalism and empathy. I now have the opportunities open for me to continue my career development and pursue leadership and management roles that wouldn’t have originally been possible to reach.
