Recently completing an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Qualification in the NHS, The Link Academy has enabled me to build essential business and core skills that I’ve been able to put into practice within my role. My experience started with Link Training in July 2019 when I started a Business Administration level 3. I had a meeting with Ben, he introduced me to One file, and made it so simple and easy for me to understand. Each task I did he helped by giving feedback every time, he was so supportive, kept in touch via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Ben became like a mentor for me each step of the way. He helped me reach my full potential, each assignment I completed he would give it back and ask for more input from me. I can’t thank Link Training and Ben enough. I completed my Apprenticeship, I’m happy with my work and comfortable in my job. I feel confident in recommending Link Training.
