Just completed my Level 3 ILM team leader supervisory and passed with a Distinction thanks to Ben who supported me through out the program and was able to support me through the difficult Covid period and number of unexpected job changes which wasn’t planned. Ben was always there to help and support and was able to adapt things to support my learning style and made learning enjoyable i was able to relate the content to my work place and have gained my new skills/techniques to use in my workplace I can not thank Ben and The Link training academy enough and would recommend to anyone wanting to broaden the skills and knowledge. Level 5 next
