Aligned with the Team Leader/Supervisor standard, learners explore key areas such as leading and managing people, building relationships, communication, and decision-making. Level 3 Business Administration

Throughout the period of the apprenticeship I was intensively supported with weekly meetings and extra support offered as needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble and critique of assignment contents and style was always provided with clear informative feedback on how to improve and meet the criteria needed. I was well-supported throughout the course by my tutor Ben who was always available to answer my questions and help develop my ideas. I appreciate how he encouraged me to explore my organisation, think outside of the box, and consistently improve my level of work to set higher standards for myself. Now that I have completed the course, I am well-integrated with my team and can confidently communicate my queries and suggestions within my organisation. This was a huge contrast to my former self who was anxious to initiate communication at work. Just completed my Level 3 ILM team leader supervisory and passed with a Distinction thanks to Ben who supported me through out the program and was able to support me through the difficult Covid period and number of unexpected job changes which wasn’t planned. I recently completed a Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship through the Link Academy and I can not thank them enough for all their help and support throughout my apprenticeship. I especially want to say a big thank you to Ben who was my tutor throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ben and he always took the time to listen and address any queries or concerns I had. I felt fully supported throughout my apprenticeship and feel completing this apprenticeship gave me the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in the management role I am completing today as well as the opportunity for future learning opportunities.

Recently completing an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Qualification in the NHS, The Link Academy has enabled me to build essential business and core skills that I’ve been able to put into practice within my role. My experience started with Link Training in July 2019 when I started a Business Administration level 3. I had a meeting with Ben, he introduced me to One file, and made it so simple and easy for me to understand. Each task I did he helped by giving feedback every time, he was so supportive, kept in touch via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Ben became like a mentor for me each step of the way. He helped me reach my full potential, each assignment I completed he would give it back and ask for more input from me. I can’t thank Link Training and Ben enough. I completed my Apprenticeship, I’m happy with my work and comfortable in my job.  I feel confident in recommending Link Training.  I’m sure anyone who joins Link Training will achieve whatever they want to. The team is great and the set-up makes it so much more enjoyable.
