About the qualification
The course is suitable for learners who are working in or towards a senior care worker or lead care worker job role. 
 
Learners will have responsibility for providing person-centred, values-driven care and support for those accessing a service. The learner will work under the direction of a manager or supervisor but will have a degree of autonomy. As well as demonstrating best practice, they will be working towards promoting and modelling it. Learners will complete 15 mandatory units and a selection of optional units suitable to their job role.

This programme typically takes up to 9 months to complete. Delivery is personalised to your learning needs and you may be able to complete the qualification in a shorter time period or require longer to complete.

Course Price

This course costs £2000.00 per person, eligible employers may be able to claim this back up to £835.00 per person from the learning and development support fund through Skills for Care. We are also able to offer cohort pricing options.

Delivery Location

This programme can be delivered remotely or at your place of work with 1-1 support and feedback provided by your personal tutor in-between sessions.
