Recently completing an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Qualification in the NHS, The Link Academy has enabled me to build the essential business and core skills that I’ve been able to put into practice within my role.
The level of support and guidance I received from The Link Academy always transcended expectations, together with a sense of professionalism and empathy.
I now have the opportunities open for me to continue my career development and pursue leadership and management roles that wouldn’t have originally been possible to reach.
What our students think...
My experience started with Link Training in July 2019 when I started a Business Administration level 3.
I had a meeting with Ben, he introduced me to One file, and made it so simple and easy for me to understand. Each task I did he helped by giving feedback every time, he was so supportive, kept in touch via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Ben became like a mentor for me each step of the way. He helped me reach my full potential, each assignment I completed he would give it back and ask for more input from me.
I can’t thank Link Training and Ben enough. I completed my Apprenticeship, I’m happy with my work and comfortable in my job. I feel confident in recommending Link Training. I’m sure anyone who joins Link Training will achieve whatever they want to. The team is great and the set-up makes it so much more enjoyable.
