Aligned with the Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship standard, it supports professionals working across the private, public, and third sectors to develop the leadership tools, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive.

Learners explore key areas such as operational planning, project management, financial and resource control, leading change, and talent development. The programme begins with a focus on personal leadership styles, strengths, and development needs, before progressing to building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
