Yesterday we had the last in-person training day with our third NHS Collaborative Cohort with colleagues from Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Modality Partnership, Leeds GP Confederation, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust
The ability to connect with and collaborate with colleagues from across the health landscape is consistently highlighted as a key benefit of the apprenticeship programme and we would like to thank everyone in the group for playing their part in the creation of an open and safe environment in which vulnerabilities could be aired and shared.
We would like to say a massive thank you and well done for the hard work and determination shown by our first cohort to go through the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate at Mencap in Kirklees! Below is some of the learners feedback about the programme.
“I came along to do this course; I didn’t want to do it originally as I had done it before in the past.
At The Link Training, we believe that feedback is essential in ensuring all our learners gain the most from our courses. It not only helps us improve our programmes but also empowers our team to provide the highest standard of training and support.
As part of our partnership with the Bradford District Care NHS Trust, we are committed to ensuring that every learner’s voice is heard.
We are hosting an open evening for anyone interested in working as a hairdresser or barber, we are opening our doors at 5:00pm on Tuesday 25th March. Tracie, one of our tutors, will be leading a presentation about who we are, how we work and the courses we offer. You will then be given the opportunity to have a look around our training centre and facilities,
The government has confirmed it will axe English and maths functional skills exit requirements for adult apprentices with immediate effect.
Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson announced the major reforms today to mark National Apprenticeship Week, claiming that the changes slash red tape that will lead to 10,000 more apprentices a year.
Ministers will end the current requirement that apprentices aged 19 or older must pass level 2 functional skills courses to complete their apprenticeship.
As part of our education team, there is truly nothing more gratifying than receiving outstanding feedback from learners upon completion of their courses. Recently, we’ve had the pleasure of receiving not just one, but three incredible testimonials, and we are eager to share them with you all.
Below, you will find videos featuring three learners who have successfully completed our Level 5 Coaching Professional course
